– An online inventory system that will allow schools to record, monitor, and update data on all received resources, including teachers’ manuals, textbooks, modules, learning activity sheets, storybooks, and other instructional materials. This will provide realtime visibility of resource availability, condition, and distribution across the Division.
– An existing curated repository of quality-assured learning materials, which will be incorporated into the LRMIS as one of its key features. This will remain the primary access point for both physical and digital instructional resources.
– An already operational borrowing system in the Division Office where schools can request and borrow resources online for delivery to their campuses. Integrating this into the LRMIS will ensure efficient, transparent, and trackable lending operations
– A dedicated section containing quality-assured lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, and instructional guides aligned with the updated K to 12 Curriculum. This will enhance lesson delivery consistency and instructional quality across schools.
– A feature in the LRMIS where session guides, slide presentations, and activity sheets from professional development activities will be uploaded. This will enable teachers to review training content and re-echo learnings in their respective grade levels or departments, ensuring sustainability of capacity-building efforts.
– A submission portal for teachers and LRMDS developers to upload locally created instructional materials for validation and approval. Once quality-assured, these resources will be added to the LR Portal, fostering collaboration, content sharing, and innovation among educators.
